The government in the last weeks is implementing a series of repressive measures under the pretext of health prevention. State welfare and state care are currently marginalizing more and more the already excluded social and high risk groups. Across the protection measures which are imposed by the government, more and more refugees are detained in closed detention centers, inmates who are locked up in detention cells, homeless and drug addicts are even more at a higher risk when they are unable to follow the most basic hygiene self-protection measures.

Having a social sense of the seriousness of the situation and taking the necessary measures to avoid further exposure of these high risk groups, we do not abandon these people invisibilized by the state.

For the next period every Tuesday from 17°° to 19°° and Thursday from 10°° to 12°°, in Rigaer Str. 94 there will be a table in front of the door in order to collect money for the prisoners, hygienic protection things (gloves, soap, disinfection gel, vitamins, masks), fruits or if possible segmented foods such as sandwiches in poly-bags, in order to provide them to the respective high risk groups.

There is also a need for medicines for a refugee camp in Vagiochori,Greece. It is an open camp with about 700 people, most of them are children. The list of drugs (some of which are prescription) is as follows:

Paracetamol pills and kid’s syrops, Augmentin also for kids, Xozal, Fucidin, Zinadol, Hansaplast, bandages, Calcium, Gynotardiferon or Tardiferon, Canesten, Oxytocin and Mitrotan for injection, Zirtek, Stedon, Hydrocortisone for injection.

Although we are not medical doctors, we know about the “danger” that can be caused by some of the drugs. Therefore we think it is important to point out that these drugs are only collected here and then forwarded to the appropriate contacts on site as soon as possible. On the other hand, we are in a so called “danger area” where cops try to prevent any form of solidarity, control people on the street and enforce a law on narcotics.

We support the excluded and all the “invisible” from the state groups.
We build structures and processes of selforganization.
